As an adult who works with children and youth, your beliefs and expectations can build and sustain their hope. The Nurturing Hopeful Souls: Hopeful Practices and Activities for Children and Youth Workshop offers information and ideas to help build and enrich your personal understanding of hope, as well as practices and sample learning activities for helping children and youth to uncover, connect to and activate hope in their lives. The information, practices and sample activities that you will experience can be used in youth groups, classrooms or with individual children or youth. The practices and sample activities can be adapted to meet the unique needs and varied contexts of the different groups of children and youth that you might be working with.
